The Library
of Agile
We call it:
“Choose Your Own Adventure Agile”
Given the unprecedented change in working conditions as a result of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, many people are struggling to reproduce online how we used to work in-person. Others of us have been working remotely online for more than a decade. The goal is to share knowledge and tools, including first-hand experience by real practitioners.
We’ve organized tools according to the Agile Mindset Mapping Index (AMMI), a library catalog system of Agile practices. Now, Agile works in more places than IT/software, so the names may look unusual, but the list of techniques in each category should look familiar. Not every team will need every practice, and we expect teams to operate at different speeds, but everything you need should be here.

Let’s Make Remote Work Liveable
and Life Loveable
“He drew a circle that shut me out — Heretic, rebel, a thing to flout.
But Love and I had the wit to win: We drew a circle that took him in!”
— “Outwitted” by Edwin Markham (1852-1940)
